There are a lot of famous women who are known for their tattoos. Victoria Beckham, Angelina Jolie, and Kat Von D proudly display their ink in very prominent places on their bodies. Even though this seems to be a celebrity trend, visible tattoos still aren’t suitable for everyone. For instance, sporting visible tattoos on the job might not be suitable for women who work in a professional environment. This is not to say that “professional” women can’t, or shouldn’t, get tattoos. But, they should carefully consider the location of the tattoo, opting to place it in an area where it won’t be visible all of the time. A woman in this situation might also find it better to go for a tattoo design that isn’t too loud, flashy, obnoxious, or at all offensive to others.
